Alicante
Our
office in Alicante, Spain, where the Office for Harmonization in the
Internal Market (OHIM) is located, deals mainly with Community Trademarks.
We offer all services in connection with Community Trademarks, Community Designs,
Spanish trademarks and international trademarks as well as litigation
before Spanish courts. Mrs. Baldares is admitted to the court in Alicante,
which has been designated as Community Trade Mark Court and handles
infringement matters there. Our Spanish lawyer always keeps close contact
with the officials of the OHIM to ensure prompt and efficient service to
our clients.
